Andre is the Chief Executive Officer of Eviation. A seasoned leader with a proven track record in product development and commercial execution, before joining Eviation he spent over 25 years at the Embraer group. While there, he co-founded EmbraerX and EVE Air Mobility and served as EVE’s CEO. In that role he led the company through its industrialization strategy, partnerships and sales, and capital raising, including EVE’s successful listing on the New York Stock Exchange. He holds an Engineer’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from UNICAMP in Brazil and an Executive Scholar degree in Marketing from Kellogg School of Management.

Jeff is Eviation’s Chief Financial Officer with over 30 years’ experience including financial and program management roles with leading aerospace companies. Before joining Eviation, Jeff was Platform Director of the SR1X Program and Director of China Programs at Cirrus Aircraft. His other previous roles include Head of Programs and Procurement Finance at Lilium, and Director of Program Performance (EVMS) at Gulfstream Aerospace. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Vladimir started his career as an officer in the IAF Engineering Department, Flight Sciences Branch. He then joined the R&D of a leading UAS company, establishing advanced computational capabilities and leading the aerodynamic design and testing of flying-wing configurations. Leading the Flight Sciences Group, a UAS with his aerodynamic design won a strategic high-volume defense contract. Joining Eviation, and establishing the Flight Sciences Department, Vladimir was in the core team that brought Alice from concept to a safe, successful first flight. Vladimir holds a BSc and an MSc in Aerospace Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Mark has over 20 years of aerospace experience across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain. After a brief stint in automotive, Mark worked as a design engineer at Boeing. He then spent 17 years at Honeywell Aerospace where he worked in a variety of roles in manufacturing engineering, materials management, supply chain, and operations strategy. Mark then joined Blue Origin as the Director of Supply Chain Strategy where he led the sourcing strategies across all of Blue’s business units. Mark earned a Bachelor ’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean expert, and APICS CPIM.

Henry currently heads up Program Management at Eviation. He brings over 15 years of product development and product management experience from the aerospace industry. Prior to his current role, Henry was the Head of SpaceJet M100 Program and the Director of Product Strategy Office at Mitsubishi Aircraft in Japan. He also contributed to the Bombardier Global 7500 and the Lockheed Martin F-35 earlier in his career. Henry received his MBA and Master in Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto in Canada. He currently serves as mentor at the Sustainable Aero Lab in Germany.
